At You by Dr. Shauna Watts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all packaging intact, within 30 days of purchase.
  • For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or faulty items, where we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. How to Initiate a Return
